Who can use the app
You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence (21+ in the United States) to create an account. Uncorked Together is not intended for minors.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and keeping your login secure. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Community content
Uncorked Together includes user-generated content: reviews, photos, taste notes, and wines submitted to the community library. You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content within the app and in related promotional materials.
You agree not to post content that is:
- False, misleading, defamatory, or violates someone else's rights;
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory;
- Spam, promotional, or off-topic;
- Illegal or that promotes unsafe alcohol use.
We may moderate, edit, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
Wine information
Ratings, tasting notes, and winery details are provided for discovery and entertainment. They are opinions, not professional advice. Availability, pricing, and ownership information may change — please confirm with the winery or retailer.
Responsible drinking
Uncorked Together promotes wine as part of shared, joyful experiences. Please drink responsibly, don't drink and drive, and never encourage others to drink irresponsibly.
Intellectual property
The Uncorked Together name, logo, design, and app content (other than user content) are owned by us and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy or use them without permission.
Termination
You can close your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or misuse the service.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncorked Together is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
