What happens next
- We verify it's really you by matching the email address on your account. For sensitive requests we may ask one follow-up question.
- We respond within 30 days. California requests are answered within 45 days, extendable once with notice.
- Deletion removes your profile, taste quiz, saved shelf, and account email. Reviews and wines you added to the shared library may stay in anonymized form.
- Exercising these rights is free and will never result in worse service.
Authorized agents
Someone can make a request on your behalf. We'll ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still verify your identity directly.
Do we sell your data?
No. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no opt-out to submit.
Complaints
If you're in the EU or UK and you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). We'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
